A small tribute to the greatest entertainer in the world
In my humble opinion Rolf Harris is the greatest entertainer
in the world. He paints, writes (an excellent autobiography), entertains, smiles a lot which is always a plus in my book,
sings great fun songs of all kinds (including Scout campfire songs) and is generally a nice chap.
I met him once after
one of his gigs and he sang Calon Lan to my wife and I. What a hero.
Anyway, my one remaining ambition in life
is to run a campfire with the great man and but I don't suppose it will ever happen. Ah well, you can't have everything can
you??? At least he signed my songbook.
Sorry, I've just realised how
sad this sounds but even so I'd still like to do it. If anyone out there can fix it for me I'd be very grateful.
